*A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. 

*A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.
*All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and other carriers, depending on your location.

*If there is any shipping issue with your package , please contact Customer Support at support@zenicham.com within 30 days after your order was placed. 

Note:
1) The delivery time does not include the processing time required (which is usually 1-3 working days)
2) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).
3) Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
